A new review from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) found that car booster seat makers have improved in their efforts to ensure a proper fit for children in the back seat. According to the review, 21 out of 72 booster seats evaluated for properly restraining children have received top marks. A new report has found that more Medicaid patients are using the ER, the National Flood Insurance Program has run into problems that have put it in the red and the NHTSA has revealed that teen drivers are more vulnerable to deadly crashes.
