They Dont Care how Poor You are.If you need to drive to work Take Kids to school or go to the Food Store.Walk They say. Cost over $600.00 a Year for Basic Insurance.They really Need to Remove all this Unfair Crap from The Law Books.85% of the Drivers in Minnesota Dont Have Insurance So why Do They Have On The Books?  Isnt That Our Right to have or Not To Have insurance?  What has happened to This Country.I say Burn These People at The Stack! They are out to Fry Us Poor People.</description>

		<description>Not so sure how I feel about this, I&#039;m kind of glad we don&#039;t have it in CA! It really seems way too easy for reckless drivers to continue to not care; they have such an easy out (financially... that is. reckless drivers rarely consider safety risks anyways)</description>
